Hi there, I might be looking at this wrong, but isnt there bribery in there from the Goven0r Attourney
the court also the police. They are perpared to forgo costings, pending you sign the agreement.
What message is that sending out when, many organisations require payment for whatever, there is little room for negotiation. Its pay up or else! Sure is a Do As I Say and Not As I Do Out Fit alright!!!GOOD LUCK

too true, its called INSTITUTIONALIZED CORRUPTION.

If the NEW ZEALAND POLICE DEPARTMENT was honest and corrupt free, there would be a few police officers sitting in a prison cell right now in relation to this case.

I find it abhorrent too, that the clown-crown law office are a party to this corrupt activity.

The police see it this way...we will commit criminal acts with impunity against those who pose a threat to us.

Some NZ Police do their utmost best to get convictions, but at who's expense as they ruin peoples lives. They say that south africa has corrupt cops but they need to look in their own back yards. In order for their case to stick they need easy targets, someone who does not have the means to fight back who has been repeatedly threatened with their law, they say that they here to uphold the laws of this country but they are only safe gaurding themselves from being exposed. How can you continually look the other way knowing and self confessing that this person is just the escape goat and they need someone to take the fall and also be willing to testify against the biggest drug pin in nz without giving him any protection for not only his live but the lives of his family. When cops turn bad , you question why there is so much crime and why people tend to turn a blind eye . But know this what gets done in the dark comes to light, with so many corrupt cops as well as lawyers on the take you too will get exposed and by God I hope that day is soon. We will continue to fight and bring our case before the courts as well as the media and see how far you will hide your face and run, we will not let our brother be your escape goat and tool for you to use when clearly you know and have the evidence supporting this, and yes falsifying evidence is an offence which you have so blatendly took in your hand to do so that you cover yourself and your mates, but this too will be brought to light. I hope that this comment will not go un notice because i am far from over and done with these cops!!!!!!
